Bikinis and Bifocals Unites South End Girls
Bikinis and Bifocals, a local organization formed two years ago to bring together various circles of friends to share information and help other women is holding its Second Annual South End Girls Unite for a Cause event on Sunday, September 20 from 3-6 p.m. at Shively Community Center at Shively Park, located at 1902 Park Road. All proceeds from the event will benefit Women 4 Women.
South End Girls Unite For a Cause will include food and fun, games and prizes and cool stuff to buy. It is designed to serve as a reunion for anyone who graduated from a South End High School in Louisville to reconnect. Women from schools such as Western, Durrett, Fairdale, Holy Cross, Butler, PRP, Stuart, Angela Merici, Iroquois and Valley attended the event last year to reconnect and expand the circles of helping friends.
