"One Hundred Wise Women" is a breakfast series designed to increase the base of Louisville’s qualified, connected women leaders. It was launched by the Leadership Louisville Center, Today’s Woman magazine, and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Women 4 Women served as a planning partner during the 2007 inaugural year.

The program involves distinguished women leaders – Wise Women – hosting a table of several emerging women leaders to discuss themes related to career success and professional and personal goals. It was designed on the premise that talented female professionals and executives need both trusted mentors and a strong, diverse network of colleagues and friends to establish themselves as leaders in their careers and in the community.
